Vincent Van Gogh- "Tree Trunks in the Grass"- 1890
Alfred Sisley-"Path at Les Sablons"-1883Both were just spectacular in real life. The computer screen just mutes the colours. Each oil painting is still vibrant even after after a century. The green textured stokes of oil paint in Van Gogh's grass just shines like emeralds and wants to be touched. While Alfred Sisley's path just wants to be meandered upon....Both would be just sublime to hang on my walls.....
